Comments:

I love this bike. Its lightweight and very quick. Brakes could be a little better, but that was to be expected. I have put about 100 miles on this bike so far and I don't have any complaints. It has the holes to mount a rack or fenders. I used to have the Trek 7.2 Fx but returned it, didn't really care for it after I bought it and put some miles on it. Very happy I traded for the Quick Four. You won't be disappointed in this bike.

I love my 2009 Quick 4! I used to ride a Cannondale 105-equipped criterium bike years ago and loved how responsive it was. As I got older and was looking for something easier on my back to ride 6 miles each way to work, I narrowed it down to this bike, the Quick 6, and the Specialized Sirrus Elite. All three were nice rides, but I am glad that I picked the Quick 4. The components and carbon fork lead to a much better ride quality than the Quick 6, and that is important to me. Between the Quick 4 and the Specialized, there was not enough difference for me to make it worth the extra money for the Specialized bike. I prefer the Sirrus's top tube, seat stays, and cable routing, but I prefer the SRAM X5 shifters and rear derailleur on the Quick 4. I've been riding this bike heavily for a month now and have no regrets! It is a great bike at a great price point.

The Quick rode smooth and tight. The carbon fork worked well to dampen road vibration and provide a smooth ride. I took it for its first ride ( a 52 miler on paved rodes with hills)- it road almost as if a road bike cruising easily between 15 and 21 mph on the flats. It climbed exceedingly well on hills- some with 6-10% grade. Its push button gearinbg system worked well. For the money it is an absolutely perfect all purpose bike. While riding on grass it held up well without skidding, etc. It is a confortable riding bike. I recommend it highly.

Just purchased this one after a few weeks of researching its competetors and I feel made the right choice in the Cannondale. Feels great, rides smooth. I've only used it on pavement so far so im not sure how it will handle on light trails which is fine because I plan on using it mostly on pavement anyway. I plan on buying one for my wife.

I am using this as a 16 mile one way commuter. Bought it on Fathers Day and love this bike! Love the upright position, it's light enough and comfy. I would suggest getting disc brakes on the front becuase its a pain to remove the wheel for transport. I have a Thule roof rack, so I bought the single bike mount that locks the forks in. I have to let the air out to remove the wheel but all in all, really nice ride and its fast enough to get you where you need to go in reasonable time! One of the last made in the USA.

Purchased this bike during the Big sale for [$]. It is definitely worth that price but not the [$] it is now selling for.I carry the bike in the trunk of my Camry. Need to take both wheels off. Because of the large tires the front wheel is hard to take off the bike even when the brakes are disconnected. Had a couple Minor problems:1) The front break spring retainer came lose causing my front breaks to stick. I fixed this problem myself but was told this should not happen.2)One of the Pedals broke. After replacing both pedals saw that the other pedal was about to break... Bad choice of pedals.3) Frame Geometry makes it difficult but not impossible to fit a Rack. If you Buy this bike recommend you have the store install the rack.I use the bike for commuting a couple of days a week.... About 35 Miles/week.The ride and Gearing is just what I wanted.
